ID's for New Students

This information is for NEW incoming students ONLY (resident and commuters)

If you are a returning student who already has an ID card, this does not apply to you.  You continue using the same ID card from the previous semester.

How will I get a photo for my ID card?

You should have received an email from "Westfield State Campus Card Office" with the link to upload your photo on CloudCard. You will need a document proving your identity (driver's license, state-issued ID, high school ID, passport, etc.) in order to submit your photo. 

 

 

How will I receive my ID card?

If you had an in-person photo taken during orientation OR if your online photo was approved, you can pick up your ID card at the Campus Card Office in Wilson Hall.  We are located across from the Owl Cafe. 

ID Cards will NOT be mailed to you
